The Role of Governments in Leprosy Control and Eradication

In my research on leprosy control and eradication, I found that governments play a vital role in this area. They are responsible for implementing health policies and providing funding for leprosy control programs. Governments also work to raise awareness about the disease, its prevention, and treatment. Moreover, they collaborate with international organizations to share information and best practices. Without the active participation of governments, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to achieve global leprosy eradication.
